Meet Farrukh
Mind, image and breath
I am a psychotherapist, an art and design educator, and a yoga and meditation instructor. For nearly two decades I have worked at the meeting point of image, mind and breath, and I bring the same attention to each: what is present, what is missing, and what wants to emerge.

Philosophy
East and West, in conversation
“Healing is rarely a matter of choosing a tradition. It is learning to listen, and to be listened to, with precision and with gentleness.”
West
Clinical training, research literature and structured, evidence-informed care.
East
Meditation, yoga and the contemplative traditions that treat attention as medicine.
The artist's eye
Attention is a visual discipline
An MFA in communication design and an M.Phil. exploring psychology through studio practice inform how I notice: space, rhythm, restraint. It shapes how I teach, how I sit with people, and how I build a room.
