How long is a session and what does it cost?
Session length and fees are shared with you when you request a session, so we can find an arrangement that works.
Do I need any experience with yoga or meditation?
No. Contemplative practices are offered only where they are useful and always optional.
Is therapy confidential?
Yes, within the limits of the law and professional ethics, which we will go over in the first session.
